LOST ORDER – WRONG ADDRESS
Everything Personalised NZ will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Addresses.
INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE
The majority of our products are printed locally but some of our products are printed and shipped from Eastern Asia. Although our products are coming from outside NZ, the quality is outstanding, our shipping times are competitive and our pricing is unbeatable.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
We personalise everything individually so your order may take a little time to prepare. Please allow us to carefully custom-made your order in 5-7 working days. We will inform you of the ETA of your orders. Delivery dates are estimates only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total number of business days we estimate to make and then deliver your order. The items you create are one of a kind, not something we pull off a shelf, so please allow us to complete your order in the said timeframe. Production delays may occur, and delivery may take longer, especially during the holiday season. No weekend or public holiday delivery. Please make sure to confirm the estimated delivery date before ordering.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Delivery time guarantees for orders placed during the months of November and December will only apply to orders using Express Line Shipping products. All other orders placed with standard shipping will not be eligible for replacement or refund until 60 days have elapsed. We encourage our buyers to avail of our Express Line Shipping to avoid costly delays during the Holidays.
Express Line products are shipped via DHL. These products will arrive to your customers within 4-7 business days after they have been shipped from our factory. If your order has standard products and Express-Line products, our factory will do its best to deliver them all with DHL Express-Line shipping but no guarantee.
PHYSICAL STORE
No, we don’t have a physical store. We are an online-only store operating from New Plymouth, New Zealand.

2. You also release Everything Personalised NZ from any claims made as a result of any property right infringement.
3. You understand that infringement of property rights is illegal. If you have any doubt as to the legal ownership of a design you should check with the rightful owner that you are able to use the design before uploading it.
4. You understand that Everything Personalised NZ acts under your instructions and are not obligated in any way to check or confirm the legal use of reproducing any designs.
5. You agree to indemnify and defend Everything Personalised NZ for any claims made as a result of alleged infringements including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property claims, including any payments for damages sustained by a claimant and attorneys’ fees incurred by you to defend against any claims made.
